The entire process is managed via App and smartphone and data synchronization with the database takes place in real-time when the devices are connected to the internet. Alternatively, all data is transmitted to the database as soon as the connection becomes available again.

Staff can register the presence of each attendee by reading the unique QRCode present on his or her electronic badge.

Attendees can directly manage their registration in the room via the App, quickly and independently.

Thanks to the integration with the events management system, all the data converge in updated, practical and functional reporting.

When the event requires participants to book their entrance before showing up at the venue, SharEvent can manage access control with booking verification in 2 ways:

WITH TICKET TEAR

At the entrance to the room/venue, the unique QR code of each participant is unmarked by the staff or in self-service mode and the actual privilege of entry is thus checked following the booking made previously.
In this case, the QR code works like a paper ticket that gives a ONE-TIME-ONLY access to the room or venue of the booked event.

WITHOUT TICKET TEAR

As it happens with the simple booking above, the QR code is unmarked by the staff or in self-service mode to check the actual privilege of the participant’s entry to the event room or venue. In this case, however, the entrance can be unmarked several times, to guarantee the holder of the QR code the possibility to enter and exit the room/venue as many times as they want.
