Entrance and check-in procedures
SharEvent allows for the smart management of the access control and attendance check system of any event, because the whole process is managed via an App on a smartphone, and data synchronization with the database takes place in real time if the devices are connected to the internet. Alternatively, all data is transferred to the database as soon as the connection becomes available. All data therefore flows into an updated, practical and functional database. Staff members can quickly and securely record the presence of each participant by checking the unique QR Code on their electronic badge, or participants can directly manage their registration in the hall via the App itself.
